using the SMS platform, you agree to these terms.

• SMS: The School Management System web application.
• Admin: School authorities who manage the platform.
• Users: Teachers, students, and parents accessing the system.
2. User Responsibilities
• Users must provide accurate information during registration.
• Accounts must not be shared with unauthorized individuals.
• Users must not misuse the system or attempt to access unauthorized data.
3. Acceptable Use
• The platform must only be used for educational and administrative purposes.
• Communication via SMS must remain respectful and appropriate.
• No uploading of harmful content, malware, or offensive materials.
4. System Access and Availability
• SMS may experience downtime for maintenance or updates.
• The school is not liable for data loss due to technical issues but takes steps to ensure
regular backups.
5. Intellectual Property
• All content within the SMS, including reports and communication tools, is owned by the
school or respective parties and protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Termination
• Admins reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, security breaches,
or violation of these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
• SMS is provided "as is." We do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted
service.
• The school is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to
use the platform.
8. Modifications
• We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use of SMS indicates acceptance of
the revised terms.
